Mark aka Mr Bullyproof had a website for years, but he was unhappy with the results he was getting. Mark is an anti bullying specialist who specialises in dealing with bullying and giving victims of bullying the confidence and techniques to make themselves Bullyproof. He felt that there was so much untapped potential in his website that wasn’t being realised. So he came to see us.
We had an initial meeting with Mark to discuss what he wanted out of a new website and where he was going wrong with his old website.
The first step was to immediately do some background research for Mark’s specialist area to discover good areas for him to target to ensure that he wouldn’t be wasting his time trying to chase unfeasible terms on Google or try and aim for areas that wouldn’t be profitable.
Our next step was to discuss an overall design and an aesthetic palette that Mark would be comfortable with and would look good on his website and be attractive to potential customers as well as fit in with what Mark was selling.
Then we got on with making the website. We created attractive images from the photos provided and structured the site so that it was easy to navigate. We then worked closely with Mark so that he could create content which would sell his product to people visiting his website. We worked with him to create an about page, testimonials, FAQ’s and also to help him develop his online sellable Building Self Confidence Programme.
We also fully integrated his social media pages both with the website and with each other. We interlinked Facebook and Twitter and made sure they were being used effectively and in a manner which would benefit the website.
We also helped Mark develop price points for his Confidence Programme and we used our experience to helped Mark decide what would be the most appropriate price at which to sell.
Mark’s website now sells on its own. With the old websites people would phone Mark and he would have to convince them to hire his services, now people phone up and book straightaway after seeing the website.
Mark is now spending his valuable time helping to stop bullying and dealing with his customers.
