E&S Positive Performance Solutions was a new company which was set up by Julie and Iain to deliver Performance Management courses using the power of Positive Reinforcement. To help launch their new business they needed a website which could appeal to potential customers. They had already done some work on a website on their own but they were unsatisfied with the results they were getting and were having problems on the technical side of things. So they came to see us.
We talked with Iain and Julie about what they wanted from their website and who they would be targeting. We set to work 
on designing the framework with a particular focus in mind that the website would be aimed at corporate customers leading us to produce a very professional and polished website.
The first task was to get all of the appropriate information onto the website so as to allow potential customers to make an informed decision when they visited the website. We edited and formatted the information which was given to us by Julie and Iain to make it appropriate and attractive for visitors to the site and also to help them sell their courses.
We also sourced stock images for the website so as to give visitors an overall impression of a very slick and sophisticated company. The next step was to produce pages on which the company would be able to advertise the dates of their courses. This page was set up with the intention of being regularly updated by the owners of the site so the information on it was structured on it to make it easily edited and to allow Julie and Iain an easy system of content management.
Our next task was to help create a Facebook banner on the company’s Facebook site and we also helped them set up a company Twitter page and then we interlinked both of their social media profiles. We then integrated Facebook and Twitter with the overall site as well as their LinkedIn profile so as to give the site a professional feeling.
As this would be professional site we set the company up with an integrated blog on their site to help them drive traffic. We also trained them on how to use the blogging platform and advised them of keywords and phrases that they should target in their blog.
E&S Positive Performance Solutions website has now been up for four months and they are now running courses throughout the UK.
